Buttermilk Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup neutral oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Fleischmann’s Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325(f) degrees. Lightly grease an 8-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin puree & vanilla until well combined.
- Sift in flour, baking soda, salt & pumpkin pie spice. Stir until the batter begins to come together. Add the buttermilk. Stir until incorporated.
- Transfer to the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until the top bounces back to touch. Let cool completely before slicing & serving.
