Cheddar Crackers
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons Fleischmann’s Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 200 grams finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold & cubed
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- Flaked salt, to finish (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375(f) degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- To the bowl of a food processor add flour, baking powder, salt, cheese & butter. Pulse 5 times, until mixture is crumbly.
- Add whole milk. Pulse until mixture begins to form a dough. Shape dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- On a heavily floured surface roll out dough to ¼ inch thick. Carefully slice into evenly sized squares, about 80 total. Transfer to prepared baking sheets.
- Using a chopstick, poke a hole into the center of each cracker. Sprinkle with flakes salt & bake for 10 minutes, until the edges are golden.
- Let cool completely before transferring to a Tupperware or Ziplock bag.
