Ingredients

  • 3-1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • Powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar in a large bowl. Blend well. Form into balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
  2. Place powdered sugar in a shallow bowl. Roll each ball in powdered sugar.Store in airtight container.
  3. Irish Cream Variation: Substitute Irish cream flavored creamer for the heavy cream.

Recipe Note: Use chocolate wafer cookies, chocolate sandwich cookies or chocolate graham crackers for the chocolate cookie crumbs.
