Chocolate Coffee Balls
Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- Powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar in a large bowl. Blend well. Form into balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
- Place powdered sugar in a shallow bowl. Roll each ball in powdered sugar.Store in airtight container.
- Irish Cream Variation: Substitute Irish cream flavored creamer for the heavy cream.
Recipe Note: Use chocolate wafer cookies, chocolate sandwich cookies or chocolate graham crackers for the chocolate cookie crumbs.
