Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 (6-3/4 tsp.) envelopes Fleischmann's® Quick Rise Yeast
  • 1-1/4 cups milk (120° to 130°F) OR (50° to55°C)
  • 1/2 cup butter OR margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Topping

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons butter OR margarine, softened

Icing

  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter OR margarine, melted
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

PRODUCTS

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Stir in milk, butter and eggs. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23cm) baking pan. Cover; let stand 20 minutes or until doubled in a warm draft free place.
  2. Mix topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Place in COLD oven. Set temperature to 350°F (180°C); bake 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool 10 minutes. Mix icing ingredients; drizzle over top.
