Quick Cinnamon Batter Bake
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 (6-3/4 tsp.) envelopes Fleischmann's® Quick Rise Yeast
- 1-1/4 cups milk (120° to 130°F) OR (50° to55°C)
- 1/2 cup butter OR margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
Topping
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons butter OR margarine, softened
Icing
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter OR margarine, melted
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
PRODUCTS
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Stir in milk, butter and eggs. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23cm) baking pan. Cover; let stand 20 minutes or until doubled in a warm draft free place.
- Mix topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Place in COLD oven. Set temperature to 350°F (180°C); bake 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool 10 minutes. Mix icing ingredients; drizzle over top.
