Soup D’jour
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine OR butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Corn Starch
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Instructions
- Sauté onion and celery in butter in a medium saucepan, over medium heat, about 1 minute or until tender.
- Stir in corn starch until smooth. Add chicken broth and milk. Whisk continuously until mixture boils. Boil for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
