Ingredients

    For the dough:

  • 4 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Fleischmann’s Quick-Rise Plus Instant Yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups water, warm touch
  • For the pizza:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ cup hot sauce, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups of freshly grated mozzarella
  • Crumbled blue cheese, to finish
  • Thinly sliced scallions, to finish
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing, for serving

Instructions

    For the dough:

  1. To the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment add flour, Fleischmann’s Quick-Rise Plus Instant Yeast, salt, oil, & water. Knead until dough is smooth & elastic.
  2. Shape it into a ball & let rest for 15 minutes. Transfer to a greased 9 by 12-inch baking dish & shape into a crust. Cover & let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes. When ready to assemble, preheat the oven to 450(f) degrees
  3. For the pizza:

  4. In a saucepan over medium heat melt together butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper until combined. Add the chicken & toss to coat.
  5. Transfer to dough, ensuring the chicken is evenly distributed. Top with red onion, mozzarella & blue cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is golden & bubbly. Garnish with scallions & a drizzle of dressing.
