Golden Syrup Walnut Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat eggs slightly with a fork in a medium bowl. Add corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt; stir until well blended. Add nuts; stir. Pour into pie crust.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
