Hot Fudge Sundae Dessert Pizza
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's® Pizza Yeast
Topping
- 8 ounces frozen whip topping
- 1-1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Garnish
- Fudge sauce
- Chopped pecans

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place 1 cup chocolate chips and butter in saucepan over low heat until melted. Set aside to cool.
- Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large mixer bowl. Add flour and yeast; mix to combine. Stir in cooled chocolate. Add the rest of the chocolate chips and mix until combined. Pour batter into a greased 12-inch round pizza pan.
- Bake in a preheated 325°F for 28 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool about 45 minutes.
- Combine whipped topping and vanilla. Spread topping on cooled crust. Drizzle with fudge sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
