Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons margarine OR butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup uncooked quick oats
  • 1 Pie Crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
  2. Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl. Add sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; stir until smooth. Stir in corn syrup, butter and vanilla until blended. Stir in pecans and oats. Pour into pie crust.
  3. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
