Oat Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
- 2 tablespoons margarine OR butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup uncooked quick oats
- 1 Pie Crust

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
- Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl. Add sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; stir until smooth. Stir in corn syrup, butter and vanilla until blended. Stir in pecans and oats. Pour into pie crust.
- Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
