Rocky Road Ooey Gooey Cereal Bars
Ingredients
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2-1/2 cups Cocoa Krispies cereal
- 1/2 cup Crown® Lily White® Corn Syrup
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions
- Combine marshmallows and Cocoa Krispies in large bowl.
- In large sauce pan, combine corn syrup and chocolate chips. Cook over medium heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
- Pour over marshmallow mixture in large bowl and mix well.
- Transfer mixture into 8 x 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Press mix down firmly to conform to shape of pan. Cool and serve.
